PET film

a petrochemical raw material, is made by thinly processing TPA, is widely used in industrial, packaging materials, solar cell materials, and optical displays, which commonly used in beverage bottles and plastic bags.

Characteristic

Transparency (surface gloss)

Transparency film has high transparency for excellent surface smoothness and glossiness.

Electrical resistance

Used as a representative insulation material for electric parts (connectors, adapters, etc.) with excellent moisture and water resistance as it has excellent electric insulation.

Tensile strength

The best PET film, among general-purpose plastic films with high tensile strength and proper elongation rate, has very few dimensional changes due to heat in the wide range of use –70 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.

Chemical resistance

Shows stability to most chemicals except strong alkali and does not penetrate chemicals.

Impact resistance

It has an unbreakable advantage compared to sheet glass and acrylic, so it can be downgazed and maintains excellent strength even at low temperature of -40 ℃, so it is widely used in buildings and electronics.

Flexibility (Bending)

It can be bent without applying heat and bent more than 2 times faster than acrylic without bending white when heating the plate.

Machinability

Safe for hygiene and harmless to human body because it does not use plasticizer or stabilizer during processing.
